| 摘 要： | 简要综述了DNA分子标记的概念、特点、种类,分子标记在水稻遗传连锁图谱的构建、基因定位、种质资源研究、分子标记辅助选择育种、水稻品质性状的分子标记等研究中的应用,并对DNA分子标记技术在水稻遗传育种研究中的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper summaried the concept,characteristics,types of DNA molecular marker,and the application of molecular of mark techniques in rice genetics and breeding was summarized in this paper as follows:(1)the construction of molecular link-age map;(2)genome mapping;(3)germplasm research;(4) molecular marker assisted selection breeding;(5)the marker and development of rice quality,etc.The prospect of application of DNA molecular marker in rice breeding was also discussed. |
