一株好氧反硝化菌的分离及特性研究

摘    要:从土壤中分离得到一株好氧反硝化细菌F6,该菌株在好氧条件下具有反硝化能力。亚硝酸盐氮初始浓度为250 mg/L时,该菌株在48 h内亚硝酸盐氮去除率为64.40%。通过形态学特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA同源性比较对菌株F6进行鉴定,初步判断其为嗜碱副球菌(Paracoccus alcaliphilus)。

Abstract:An aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain F6 was isolated from soil.The denitrifying experiment results showed that under aerobic conditions the reduction efficiency within 30 hours was up to 64.40% respectively with initial NO2-N concentration of 250 mg/L.On the basis of its physiological and molecular properties,strain F6 was identified as Paracoccus alcaliphilus.
