| 摘 要： | 以铁皮石斛种子为外植体进行组织培养快繁试验,采用对比试验研究不同基本培养基、激素浓度的配比、天然添加物对铁皮石斛种子萌发、原球茎增殖、分化和生根壮苗的影响,从中筛选出适合各个培养阶段的培养基配方,建立一套铁皮石斛组织培养快速繁殖体系。

| Abstract: | The tissue culture and rapid propagation experiment was conducted with Dendrobium candidum seeds as the explant.This comparative experiment was designed to study the influence of different mediums,hormone density matching and natural additives on Dendrobium candidum seeds’ sprouting,PLB multiplication,division,rooting and growing.Based on this experiment,the medium formulas suitable for different cultivation periods will be selected and the Dendrobium candidum tissue culture and rapid propagation system will be set up. |
