新农村建设中农民思想政治教育面临的困局与对策

加强农民思想政治教育,提高农民整体素质是社会主义新农村建设的重要途径和迫切要求。由于受多种因素的制约,当前农民思想政治教育面临着"复杂化"、"边缘化"、"形式化"、"空心化"的"四化"困局。把思想政治教育与农村基层党组织建设、与农民实际需要、与农民的精神文化需求、与农民的教育培训工作等四方面相结合,不断拓展农民思想政治教育的空间,是破解困局的有效途径。

The predicament of the ideological and political education of farmers in the new rural construction and the corresponding solutions

It is an important approach and pressing need in the socialism new rural construction to improve the ideological and political education of farmers so as to enhance their individual quality.Restrained by many factors,the ideological and political education of farmers is faced with a predicament of complicating,marginalizing,formalizing and hollowing.And the effective way to solve the problem is to combine the ideological and political education with the organization construction of the rural basic Communist Party of China,with the farmers practical needs,with the mental culture they need and with the educational training for them and to develop constantly their space of the ideological and political education.
