摘    要:以野天盛无籽冶西瓜种子为试材,采用水、赤霉素(GA)、水杨酸(SA)、双氧水(H2O2)为促萌剂袁进行西瓜种子发芽试验遥结果表明,水、GA、SA、H2O2处理均对种子萌发具有明显的促进作用,其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均显著或极显著高于对照,且处理浓度和浸种时间不同,效果也不同。就不同促萌剂的最优浓度时间处理组合而言袁发芽率由高到低的顺序为:水浸泡(磕种)处理>H2O2处理>GA处理>SA处理;活力指数由高到低的顺序为:H2O2处理>SA处理>水浸泡(磕种)处理>GA处理。通过对比得出,磕种+水浸泡48 h与0.1 mmol/L H2O2+浸种3 h具有同等良好的促萌效果,两者在统计学上无差异。

Study on effect of different germinationagents on seeds germination of seedless watermelon
Abstract:Using seeds of Tiansheng seedless watermelon as experimental material, an experiment was carried out to test the effects of water, GA, SA and H2O2 on germination. The results showed that, water, GA, SA and H2O2 had positive promotions on the germination of seeds. The germination potentiality, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of those seeds soaked with germination agents were significantly higher than CK. The germination effects were different when the seeds were treated by different concentration and different soaking time. And the four germination agents had their own optimal combination of concentration and soaking time. For these optimal combinations, the germination rate order from high to low was water>H2O2>GA>SA, and vigor index order was H2O2>SA>water>GA. Through comparison, a conclusion was that the treatment of soaking cracked seeds in water for 48 hours had the same positivegermination effect as the combination of 0.1 mmol/L H2O2 and soaking for 3 hours. Statistically, they had no difference.
