江西省农业社会化服务水平测度及制约因素解构

利用江西省2000-2012年数据，构建农业社会化服务评价指标体系，利用熵值权重法测度江西省农业社会化服务水平。研究结果表明，江西省农业社会化服务水平不断上升，在此基础上，进一步分析制约江西省农业社会化服务发展水平的因素，并提出应当继续加大对农业生产的投资力度并加快农业科技成果转化的政策建议，从而建立农民增收、农业增效长效机制，提升江西省农业社会化服务水平。

The evaluation and restriction factors of agricultural socialization service level of Jiangxi province

With the help of the data from 2000 to 2012 in Jiangxi province, an evaluation index system of agricultural socialization service was built, and the entropy weight method was used to measure the agricultural socialization service level of Jiangxi province. The results showed that the agricultural socialization service level of Jiangxi province was rising these years. Based on this situation, the paper further analyzed the factors which restricted the development of agricultural socialization service level of Jiangxi province, and then put forward the policies that it should continue to intensify investment in agricultural production and speed up the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, so as to establish long-term effective mechanism to increase farmers'' income and agricultural efficiency,enhance the agricultural socialization service level of Jiangxi province.
