摘    要:鲜食玉米食用方法多样,食用方便而成为现代都市人备加青睐的消闲食品。随着技术水平的提高和市场竞争的加剧,鲜食玉米品种快速更替,产量、品质、抗性逐步提高。广白糯5号是以YZ22-1-8为母本、YZ43-1-3为父本杂交育成的鲜食纯白糯玉米品种,该品种2008—2009年春、秋季参加多点品比试验,表现高产、优质、抗逆性强、适应性广等优点,并于2013年通过广东省农作物品种审定,适宜在广东地区推广种植,在生产上具有广阔的开发利用前景。介绍了该品种的选育过程、特征特性及无公害高产栽培技术,以期为农民生产出优质高效的农产品提供技术保障,对鲜食玉米产业健康和持续快速发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Fresh corn suits various kinds of edible methodis convenient to eat and has become a favorite leisure food. With the improvement of technology and aggravation of market competition, the variety of fresh corn renewes rapidly, while its yield, quality and resistance increases gradually. Guang bai 5 is the white waxy corn, with YZ22-1-8 as the female parent, and YZ43-1-3 as male parent of hybrid. The corn had been participated in spring and autumn trial during 2008 to 2009, and had high yield, high quality, strong stress tolerance, and wide adaptability. Guangbainuo No.5, the waxy corn certified by the Variety Certification Committee of Guangdong Province in 2013, was adaptable to the cultivation in Guangdong and showed well perspective of utilization. This paper introduced the breeding procedure, characteristics, non-pollution and high-yield cultivation techniques of the corn, to provide technical support of high quality agricultural products for farmer. The study showed great significance for healthy, sustained and rapid development of fresh corn industry.
