| 摘 要： | 对淇河鲫鱼与普通鲫鱼的蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性进行比较分析,结果表明:两种鲫鱼肠道中的蛋白酶活性显著高于肝胰脏的(P<0.05),而且肠道中的蛋白酶活性顺序是前肠<中肠<后肠;肝胰脏和肠道各部分的脂肪酶活性没有显著差异;肠道中的淀粉酶活性显著高于肝胰脏的(P<0.05),但是淇河鲫鱼前肠中的淀粉酶活性与中肠的没有显著差异,而后肠淀粉酶活性达到最高(P<0.01);淇河鲫鱼的蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性比普通鲫鱼的高。
