摘    要:以高抗粗缩病玉米自交系齐319和高感粗缩病玉米白交系掖478的189个F<,2>群体单株作为标记群体材料,结合BSA法,用88对SSR引物进行筛选研究,结果表明:引物Bnlg125和Bnlg1064在抗、感DNA池呈多态性,其中Bnlg125在抗、感池之间扩增出1条约410 bp的多态性片段(记Bnlg125-410);通过Mapmaker/Exp(Version3.0)软件分析F<,2>单株,结果Bnlg125-410标记与玉米粗缩病抗性位点连锁,遗传距离为5.8 cM.

Abstract:In this paper,189 F2 individuals from the cross between the resistant maize(Qi 319) and the susceptible maize(Ye 478) were exploited to detect the SSR molecular markers linked with gene of MRDV.88 pairs of primers were screened by BSA,only Bnlg125 primer and Bnlg1064 primer showed polymorphic in resistant and susceptible DNA pools,among which a polymorphic fragment(named Bnlg125-410) about 410 bp was amplified by Bnlg125 primer.When calculated by Mapmaker/Exp software,it was found that the genetic distance between the locus of MRDV resistance and Bnlg125-410 marker was 5.8 cM.
