摘    要:以辣椒常规品种为材料,研究了特效植物营养素(SPNE)对辣椒3代产量性状的影响,并对第4代种子进行了测定,比较了发芽率、幼苗株重、株高、叶面积、叶绿索含量及光合速率.结果表明,SPNE使辣椒增产的效果随着处理代数的增加而增大,其优良性状能通过种子遗传,产生表观遗传效应,此效应也随着用SPNE处理代数的增加而增强,其中每代都SPNE处理的辣椒的增产效果最好,表明SPNE在提高辣椒产量的同时能使其种子更优良.

Abstract:Conventional cultivars of capsicum were taken as trial materials.The yield character of treatment treated by SPNE for three generations was campared with the contrast.Meanwhile,a series of laboratory analysis had been conducted for comparing seed germinative rate,wheight and height of seedling,area of leaf,content of chlorophyl and photosynthetic rate of plant that treated by SPNE at the fourth generation.The results showed that the yieldincreasing effect of SPNE on capsicum could be increased gradually from generation to gengeration.Fine properties could be inherited by seeds,which meaned that SPNE could produce epigenetic effect and the effect also could be strengrhened from generation to gengeration.The yield-increasing effect of treatment treated by SPNE at each generationl was the best.Therefore,SPNE could increase yield and made capsicum seeds finer at the same time.
