观光果园旅游开发的实证研究——以嘉善姚庄浙北桃花岛为例

观光果园是农业生产与旅游服务有机结合的新兴产业形态,是游客实现游憩活动的场所。观光果园通过果品生产和提供旅游服务提升经济效益。浙北桃花岛的发展经验表明,观光果园类休闲农业的旅游开发,除了要具备一般旅游区应具备的交通区位、经济基础等条件之外,依托优势农业产业,实现农旅互动;以节庆活动为抓手,形成"注意力"经济;精心打造景区,使季节观光向周年休闲转变,是此类休闲观光农业走向成功的重要途径。

The empirical study of tourism development on tourist orchard——A case study of Peach Blossom Island in the north of Zhejiang
