辣木营养器官的解剖学特征初探

摘    要:关于辣木的栽培、繁殖、开发和利用等方面的研究报道相对较多,而辣木的形态解剖结构却尚无报道。以印度传统辣木品种Moringa oleifera Lam.为材料,采用石蜡包埋和徒手切片法系统观察比较了辣木的根、茎、叶及叶柄的形态解剖结构,指甲油粘片法观察了其叶表面的结构,明确了辣木营养器官的形态解剖结构特征,为辣木的生物学特性及相关研究提供解剖学依据。

Abstract:The study about the Lam's cultivation,reproduction,exploitation and utilization was abundant,but the study of its morphological and anatomical structure was blank.Study materials to Moringa oleifera Lam.,which was the Indian traditional breed.The morphological and anatomical structure of Moringa oleifera Lam's roots,stalks,leaves and petioles were observed and compared by using the methods of paraffin-embedded and by slicing by hand,and the structure of leaf surface was observed by using the method of sticky nail polish.From the result of the features of the morphological and anatomical structure,the nutritional organs of Moringa oleifera Lam.were made clear,and this study provided the anatomical basis for the study of biological characteristics and other related researches of Moringa oleifera Lam.
