| 摘 要： | 以7个警犬品种DNA池为试验材料,首次建立了稳定的犬基因组扩增片断长度多态性(AFLP)指纹图谱检测方法.应用25对选择性引物组合对7个警犬品种进行AFLP分析,其中21对引物组合共扩增出清晰的条带5081条,得到特异性标记75个;并根据UPGMA法对7个警犬品种进行聚类分析. |

| Abstract: | Blood samples were taken from seven breeds of police dogs. It was the first time to construct the technology system for AFLP analysis of canine. DNA was extracted from these seven breeds and DNA pools were constructed respectively. To analyze the AFLP polymorphism of the seven breeds, 25 pairs of selective primer combinations were utilized, 21 pairs of which could produce polymorphisms. Markers produced by the amplification of these 21 pairs combinations totaled to 5081, including 75 variable markers. According to UPGMA, seven breeds of police dogs were classified. |
