| 摘 要： | 对2007-2010年清香型原料产区烤烟主要化学成分含量进行变异分析,结果表明:清香型烤烟水溶性糖含量较高,中下部烟叶的糖碱比值偏高,糖碱比值变异较大,表现欠稳定；不同产区间还原糖含量差异显著,其余指标差异极显著,其中云南曲靖烟叶质量稳定性较好;不同年份间烟叶主要化学成分差异显著,中下部烟叶化学成分在不同年份间表现较稳...

| Abstract: | The variation of the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves with fen-flavour style material region during 2007 to 2010 was analyzed.The results showed that contents of total leaving sugar were high in total;The ratio of sugar to nicotine was high among middle and lower leaf;The ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine had a big variation and was unstable.The difference of reducing sugar among areas was significant at 5% level,the other items were significant at 1% level;Contents of chemical compon... |
