| 摘 要： | 按照玉溪市委政府依托烤烟建油菜产业的发展思路,站在保障全市油料安全的高度,一方面,全面分析总结了玉溪市近3年油菜产业发展的现状和特点;另一方面,从玉溪市油菜种植比较效益、科技支撑力、国内外油脂市场销售状况以及加工品牌建设等诸多因素,深入分析了玉溪市油菜产业发展存在的问题和困难。在此基础上,提出了相应的发展对策和措施。 |
