发达国家现代农业服务体系建设对我国的启示

改革以来,中国现代农业服务业取得了长足的进步,但与农业发达国家相比仍有较大差距。学习和吸取国外先进经验是完善我国农业服务业的重要途径。通过对发达国家农业服务业及其服务体系研究表明,完善、高效的农业社会化服务体系是建设现代农业服务业的关键所在。在我国农村劳动力不足的新形势下,建立健全农业社会化服务体系势在必行。从现代农业服务体系内涵和基本特征等出发,重点介绍了美国、日本、德国、法国等农业发达国家的服务体系框架和基本特征,并与我国农业社会化服务体系建设情况进行对比分析,以期通过总结经验,取长补短,为完善我国农业社会化服务体系建设提供有效借鉴。
