摘    要:分别用石油醚浸泡法及CO2超临界萃取法对海南树仔菜植株浸膏进行提取,两种不同提取方法的得油率分别为0.75%和0.28%.用GC-MS技术对其进行化学成分分析鉴定,并比较两种提取方法所得产物化学成分的异同.石油醚浸提浸膏共鉴定出18种化合物,超临界萃取浸膏共鉴定出17种化合物.脂肪酸和脂肪醇类物质是树仔菜浸青的主要成分...

Abstract:The concrete from Sauropus androgynus(Linn.)
