| 摘 要： | 采用RT-PCR方法,扩增并测定了黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒广东分离物(CGMMV-GD-GZ,CGMMV-GD-LZ,CGMMV-GD-LF)的外壳蛋白(coat protein,CP)和运动蛋白(movement protein,MP)基因序列。结果显示,CP基因序列全长486 bp,编码161个氨基酸;MP基因全长795 bp,编码264个氨基酸。CGMMV广东分离物与其他15个CGMMV分离物之间外壳蛋白基因核苷酸的同源性在90.9%～100%之间,运动蛋白核苷酸同源性为92.7%～100%;与同属其他13种病毒基因组核苷酸序列同源性分别仅为29.5%～56.2%和38.8%～61.8%。基于外壳蛋白和运动蛋白基因序列构建系统发育树显示,CGMMV不同分离物进化为亚洲和欧洲两大群体,3种CGMMV广东分离物与韩国、日本等亚洲分离物同源性极高,可能具有共同的侵染源。
