一种微生物制剂在大菱鲆养成中的应用

摘    要:以光合细菌和枯草芽孢杆菌混合菌液作为一种微生物制剂应用于大菱鲆养殖水体中作为试验组(B组),不添加微生物制剂的养殖池作为对照组(A组),采用7 d的换水周期,以pH、温度、溶氧量、氨氮、亚硝氮等水质参数及成活率、体重和体长增长率为检测指标,确定微生物制剂对大菱鲆生长的影响;与对照组相比,添加了微生物制剂的试验组水质明显改善,浓度为104CFU/mL时,效果最好,氨氮和亚硝氮含量分别降低了40.3%和44.9%;大菱鲆成活率、体重和体长增长率则分别提高了11%、66%、16%。由此可见,此种微生物制剂能够改善水质、提高大菱鲆的成活率、促进生长。
