| 摘 要： | 设3组猪群,分别注射高致病性猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗、灭活疫苗、生理盐水,结果发现,3组猪群均能获得有效的抗体,首次注射28 d后3组猪群均被疫苗感染;二次注射28 d后,3组猪群体内抗原转阴率均大于90%,证实高致病性猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗与灭活疫苗的有效性与安全性,同时发现弱毒疫苗具有很强的水平传播感染性。 |
