壮苗素对油菜幼苗素质和产量的影响研究

以优质杂交油菜品种华油杂6号为材料,研究了5种自配壮苗素(SSA)对油菜幼苗素质和产量的影响.结果表明:(1)5种自配壮苗素中,以T2配方培育油菜壮苗的效果最好,能有效增加油菜的绿叶数和叶绿素含量,增强光合作用,使株型更紧凑,有利于提高油菜幼苗素质.(2)5种配方对油菜产量有不同的影响且处理间达到显著水平,其中以T2处理的产量最高,达2 917.60 kg/hm2,比对照增产20.41%;其次为T3处理,产量为2 701.04kg/hm2,增产11.47%;T4产量为2513.86 kg/hm2,增产3.74%.相关分析表明,壮苗素提高油菜产量是通过增加一次有效分枝数和单株角果数来实现的,相关系数分别为0.8604、0.7916.

Effect of seedling strengthening agent(SSA) on Brassica Napus L. Seedling quality and yield

Taking high quality cultivar Huayouza No.6 as material,the effects of 5 types of self-made seedling strengthening agent(SSA) on Brassica Napus L.seedling quality and yield were studied.The results showed that:(1)The effect of T2 was the best.It could increase greenery number,advance chlorophyll content,improve photosynthesis,compact the shap of plant,and enhance the seedling quality.(2)Five treatments had different influence on yield of rapeseed.The difference was significant under 95% probability with the highest of T2 reaching 2 917.60 kg/hm2,increasing production 20.41%.The next was T3,reached 2 701.04 kg/hm2 and increased 11.47%.T4 reached 2 513.86 kg/hm2 and increased 3.74%.The yield of plant had significant correlation with the number of first branches and total pods,the correlation coefficient was 0.8604 and 0.7916,respectively.
