浅析农民中等收入者在新农村建设中的主体功能

农民中等收入者拥有的经济资本、文化资本和组织资本禀赋在农村社会中处于中上位置,因而能够在新农村建设中发挥应然主体性功能。农民中等收入者作为实然主体参与社会主义新农村建设,主要是通过提供技术、资金、信息、文化知识等资源,以农村经济组织和文化社会组织为中介,发展农村经济、推进文化教育事业,完善村民自治和乡风文明教化。

The middle incomer of peasant owns economic cultural and management capital which were in the middle to up position,so they could fulfill subjectively function in the construction of new-village.The middle in comer of peasant took part in the construction of new-village such as developing rural economy,advancing culture and education,promoting peasant selfmanagement and rural civilization by offering technology,fund,information,knowledge resources and by the intermediate of economic,cultural and social groups.
