| 摘 要： | 选用我国25家农业上市公司2008-2009年间的观测值为样本,从股权集中度的视角,运用EVIEWS5.0软件,采用实证检验的分析方法,对我国农业上市公司的股权结构对其经营绩效的影响进行了分析研究。研究表明,我国农业上市公司应维持相对集中的股权结构,应进一步加强股东之间的相互制衡,以提高公司的经营绩效。

| Abstract: | Observations from 2008 to 2009 of twenty-five agricultural listed companies in China were chosen as samples in this paper.From the angle of ownership concentration,with the help of software EVIEWS5.0 and analytical method of demonstration proof-test,analysis was done on the ownership structure of China agricultural listed companies' impact on business performance.The study showed that China agricultural listed companies should maintain the relative concentration of ownership structure and further strengthen... |
