毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量测定及其动态变化研究

对不同产地、不同生长期的毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量及其积累规律的研究结果显示,广西南宁的毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量最高,而广西平南的毛鸡骨草与重庆的毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量含量较接近;不同生长期的毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量呈“S”型曲线增长,其中以12月底的总皂甙含量最高,以皂甙为质量指标的毛鸡骨草药材宜在12月采收,这与传统的采收季节相吻合。并指出超声提取、香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定毛鸡骨草总皂甙含量,具有重现性和稳定性较好的优点。

Study on the content of total saponins and its variation in Abrus mollis in different growth stages

This test adopted ultrasonic extraction and colorimetry to determine the content of total saponins,and compare the content of total saponins in Abrus mollis with different localities and different growth stages for exploring accumulation trends of saponins.The results indicated that the total saponins content cultured in Nanning was the highest among three habi-tats,and that in Pingnan was closed to that in Chongqing.The accumulation trend of total saponins showed "S" curve increas-ing trend,and it reach to the highest value in the end of December.It figures that it was the better times that Abrus mollis should be harvested in December according to the content of total saponins,and this time met the traditional harvest time.
