| 摘 要： | 试验以烤烟品种K326为材料,对健康烟株以接触接种、磨擦接种、伤口接种、汁液喷施接种等方式进行接种烟草普通花叶病的试验,结果表明:伤口接种发病最快、磨擦接种次之、汁液喷施接种最弱、接触接种不发病,且烟草普通花叶病的发病部位全部表现在心叶,为烟草普通花叶病的侵染防范提供依据.

| Abstract: | The experiment adopt tobacco mosaic virus inoculate health tobacco species K326 in different way.The results indicaltd: The wound inoculate is most quickly,the second is rub,the liquid sprays is most weak,the contact is not take disease,and all tobacco mosaic virus happen heart leaf,in order to prevention tobacco mosaic virus invade health tobacco and provide science basis. |
