盐胁迫对白三叶幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性的影响

摘    要:以白三叶幼苗为材料,通过浇灌不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200、250 mmol/L)NaCl溶液,研究了盐胁迫对白三叶叶叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,白三叶幼苗叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中NaCl浓度为150 mmol/L时叶片的叶绿素含量比未受盐胁迫处理的对照植株有所增加,当NaCl浓度继续加大时叶片的叶绿素含量则比对照植株有所下降;随着NaCl浓度的增加,叶片的相对电导率呈先升高后降低的趋势,当NaCl浓度为200 mmol/L时的相对电导率最大,说明白三叶具有一定的耐盐能力。

Abstract:The seedling of Trifolium repens was treated with various concentrations of NaCl,The dynamics of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total contents of chlorophyll and cell membrane permeability in response to salt stress were studied.The results showed that the dynamics of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total contents of chlorophyll increased at first and then decreased when NaCl concentration increased or salt stress was prolonged.And it decreased,then increased in stem under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress treatment.When salt stress vary from 150 to 250 mmol/L it increased,and then decreased in leaves.The relative conductivity increased at first and then decreased when NaCl concentration increased or salt stress was prolonged.The relative conductivity reached the maximun at 200 mmol/L of NaCl stress treatment,showed that Trifolium repens was tolerant to salt to a certain extent.
