| 摘 要： | 土壤中大部分的微生物不能被培养,从而限制了对土壤微生物的开发利用,宏基因组技术可以解决这一难题,成为开发微生物资源的一种工具.阐述了宏基因组文库的构建、土壤宏基因组文库的特点及筛选文库获得的一些成果,并分析了构建土壤宏基因组文库存在的问题.

| Abstract: | Most of the soil microorganisms are unculturable,which limits the exploition and application of the soil microorganisms,Metagenome technology can solve this problems and has becomed a tool to exploit novel resource from soil microorganisms.This article emphasized the importance of the metagenome technology and the problem in establishing soil metagenome library.At the same time,we also reviewed the progresses about the characteristics and filter of the soil metagenome library. |
