摘    要:对海南栽培的7个南瓜品种果实进行了硬度和Vc、蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉等主要营养成分的测定,结果显示:南瓜果实富含Vc和淀粉;不同品种间营养成分含量差异很大,以汕美、亚蔬和金韩的综合营养品质较好,而汕头金韩和早熟蜜本品种的综合品质则较差。

Abstract:This research measured the firmness and main nutrition of seven Pumpkin cultivars in Hainan.The results showed that Pumpkin has plenty of starch and Vc.There are significant differences about nutrition components in different Pumpkin cultivars. Shanmei, Yashu and Jinhan are better in nutritional composition, While Shantoujinhan and Zaoshumiben are worse in nutritional composition.
