| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管气相色谱法,对海南境内橡胶种子的含油量以及脂肪酸的组成和含量进行了分析,结果表明,橡胶种子的含油量达55%;采用面积归一法确定其主要脂肪酸组成,包括豆蔻酸0.1%、棕榈酸8.8%、棕榈油酸0.3%、硬脂酸7.9%、油酸25.0%、亚油酸39.0%、亚麻酸18.O%、花生酸0.3%,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量占脂肪酸总量的82.3%. |

| Abstract: | Using the capillary gas chromatography,the authors determined the seed oil content,fatty acid components and quantity of Rubber seed in Hainan province.The experimental results showed that rubber seed oil content amounted to 55% and the major contituents of the fatty acid which were analyzed by areanomalization were myristic acid 0.1%,palmitic acid 8.8%,palmitoleic acid 0.3%,stearic acid 7.9%,oleic acid 25%,linoleic acid 39%,linolenic acid 18%,arachic acid 0.3%.The contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 8... |
