花生杂交F1代真假杂种SSR标记鉴定体系的建立

摘    要:为了更好地在花生杂交育种中判别真杂种,以汕油71、洲仔三仁、粤油7号、万里红、协抗青、隆安保湾、印尼花生、W9701-1、ICGV 95440.全州府壳以及汕油71与全州俯壳的杂交F1群体为材料,利用SSR标记分析亲本的多态性,进而利用多态性标记对杂交F1代进行真假鉴定,结果表明.10个亲本间都能找到多态性SSR标记,利用多态性SSR标记可以鉴定出的真假杂种,因此SSR标记能够有效应用于花生杂交F1代的真假杂种鉴定.

Abstract:In order to distinguish the hybrid in peanut cross breeding,ten varieties(Shanyou71,Zhouzisanren,Yueyou7,Wanlihong,Xiehangqing,Longanbaowan,Indonesia Peanut,W9701-1,ICGV95440,Quanzhoufuke) and the F1 hybrid of Shanyou71 and Quanzhoufuke were selected as material.The polymorphism of ten varieties had been analyzed with 19 SSR markers,and the F1 hybrid individuals had been identified through the polymorphic SSR marker.The results showed that 7 polymorphic SSR markers were detected,and the true hybrid were ide...
