摘    要:采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计对花生蛋白的超声微波辅助提取工艺进行优化,分析了微波功率、pH值、料液比、提取时间和酸沉pH值5个单因素对蛋白质提取率的影响,建立了微波功率、pH值和料液比的三因素回归模型.结果表明:微波功率、pH值、料液比、提取时间、酸沉pH值对蛋白质提取率有显著影响(P<0.05),提取的...
