摘    要:对高效液相色谱示差折光检测法测定蜂蜜中糖类组分的方法进行了研究。研究结果表明:蜂蜜不溶于乙腈,却能完全溶解于水中,因此采用纯水对蜂蜜进行溶解,同样能达到测定蜂蜜中各种糖类物质含量的目的,且能避免使用剧毒溶剂乙腈对样品进行提取,也避免了蜂蜜在乙腈-水混合液中出现分层,溶解不完全等现象,安全快捷,经济简便。该方法处理得到的样品溶液稳定性高,测试结果的重现性好,加标回收率为98.9%~102.9%,相对偏差0%~2.42%。该方法是测定蜂蜜中糖类含量的一种简便、安全、快捷的方法。

Abstract:The methods for the determination of saccharide in honey by high performance liquid chromatography differential refractive index detection(HPLC-RID)were studied.The results showed that,as honey did not dissolve in acetonitrile,but could soluble in water completely,so making honey directly dissolved in the water could achieve the same purpose,not only avoided the using of highly toxic solvent acetonitrile while the samples were extracted.also avoided the honey in acetonitrile-water mixture stratified not completely dissolved,safe,efficient,convenient and economical,and the sample solution with high stability. Test results of repeatability,recovery was 98.9%~102.9%,the relative deviation of 0%~2.42%.So the method was a simple,safe and efficient way to determination of saccharide in honey.
