摘    要:通过盆栽试验,观察了菠萝果实发育过程中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu等营养元素含量的变化,结果表明:叶片中的N含量在果实现红后40 d略有上升,而其他时期与P含量变化基本一致;K含量在果实生长初期有一个短暂的高峰期;叶片中的Ca、Mg含量总体上随着果实的发育而逐渐上升,并在果实成熟期有向上跃变的过程,且两者之间呈显著正相关;叶片中的微量元素含量高低则表现为Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu.此外,果实和顶芽中的各种营养元素含量也与叶片中的含量相似,但是两种器官的营养含量相差较大.

Abstract:In order to discover the nutrition content of different growth periods in pineapple,the changes of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn and Cu content in the fruit of pineapple were analysised.The results indicated that in the mature leaf,N content increased 40 days after the flower was open.But in other periods,the changes of N and P content were similar.K contents had a short increase peak in the initial period of fruit growth.The Ca and Mg content increased with the development of fruit generally and their correlation coefficient was significant.The order of four kinds of trace elements content(average value) in leaf was as follows: Mn> Fe>Zn>Cu.Besides,the changes of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn and Cu content in fruit and apical bud was similar to that of leaf.
