| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取陕北艾蒿挥发油,出油率为0.246%;应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对挥发油的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,结果分离并鉴定出39种化合物,占峰面积的96.87%;并用峰面积归一法测定了各成分的质量分数,其主要挥发性成分为1,1-二甲基-2-辛基环丁烷(20.42%)和(9Z)-1,1-二甲氧基-9-十八碳烯(20.20%),其次是茴香脑(6.29%)、桉树脑(5.42%)、3,5-二氯-4-(十二烷基硫基)-2,6-二甲基吡啶(4.45%)、亚硝基-3-二氢化吡咯(4.37%)、6-甲基十八碳烷(4.35%). |

| Abstract: | The volatile compounds of Folium artemisise Argyi were isolated with steam distillation and the oil yielding rate was 0.246%.Through analyzing by GC-MS technology,39 volatile components were identified and determined,96.87% of the total area of the peaks.1,1-Dimethyl-2-octylcy clobutane(20.42%),(9Z)-1,1-Dimethoxy-9-octadecene(20.20%),Anethole(6.29%),Eucalyptol(5.42%),3,5-Dichloro-4-(dodecylsulfanyl)-2,6-dimethylpyridine(4.45%),Nitroso-3-pyrroline(4.37%)6-methyloctadecane(4.35%) accounted for most of them. |
