昆虫拒食中浓度和抑食中浓度的统计基础分析

摘    要:印楝素对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的拒食活性和锐劲特对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的抑食活性试验结果表明,在同一浓度处理下,随着处理时间的延长,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的拒食率和抑食率不一定提高,而拒食中浓度和抑食中浓度不一定降低.并对药物处理剂量与拒食效应或抑食效应的关系进行了分析,结果表明,拒食中浓度和抑食中浓度不具备进行几率值分析的生物学基础.

Abstract:Antifeedant activities of azadirachtin and regent against larvae of Spodoptera litura were studied in the paper.Antifeedant rate maybe not increase along with time go on when larvae were treated at the same concentration.AFC50 maybe increase along with time go on when larvae were treated with azadirachtin and regent.Relationship between dosage and antifeedant effect was analyzed in the paper.Toxicity regress equation can't be used to caculate AFC50 because biological statistics base was insufficient.
