| 摘 要： | 建立了一种用气相色谱仪快速检测韭菜中巧种农药残留的方法,韭菜样品经乙睛提取、稀释.浓缩定容后,用GCFPD测定15种农药残留方法最低检出限:0.0033～0.0085 mg/kg;回收率:68.73%～106.56% ; R SD:1.55%～8.82%.结果表明,此方法简单快速、准确、新颖且去干扰效果显著.

| Abstract: | To establish a rapid method for detection of the 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in leek by GC-FPD.The leek were extracted with acetonitrile,diluted,concentrated and volumed.Then,these 15 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were detected by GC-FPD.The results showed that the lowest limit was 0.0033~0.0085 mg/kg,the recovery range was 68.73%~106.56% with relative standard deviation 1.55%~8.82%.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,the interference of high background values was effective... |
