桔核中柠檬苦素类物质纯化工艺的研究

摘    要:采用大孔吸附树脂纯化桔核中的柠檬苦素类物质,大孔树脂最适纯化条件是:上样浓度为4 mg/mL,pH为6.0,上样流速为1 BV/h;最佳洗脱剂为70%乙醇溶液,洗脱液pH值为8.0,洗脱速率为2 BV/h,洗脱体积为4 BV。纯化得到的样品柠檬苦素类物质含量为37.26%。

Abstract:Conditions of purification of Limonoids in Citrus seeds by macroporous resin were studied.The optimum purified conditions were as follows: the sample concerntration 4 mg/mL,pH value 6.0,and feeding rate 1 BV/h.And the optimum elution conditions were as follows: elute volume 4 BV,elute concentration 70%,elute rate 2 BV/h,pH value 8.0.The purity of the obtained limonoids was 37.26%.
