基于转出视角的农地流转区域差异及成因分析———以天山北坡三县为例

以玛纳斯县、精河县、鄯善县为研究样本,采用问卷调查法和SPSS软件对3县农地转出现状进行实证分析,以查明不同区域农地转出情况差异和造成差异的原因.结果表明,由于经济发展水平和资源禀赋差异,经济水平较低、区位条件较差的县域农户农地流转参与度较高,区位条件较好的县域以出租方式转出的比例较高、农地转出价格也较高,设施农业较发达的地区转出年限相对较长.劳均耕地面积、城镇化率、受教育程度、非农产业收入比重与农地转出率呈正相关,农户家庭抚养比与农地转出率呈负相关.

Analysis of regional variation and influence factors of rural land circulation based on the roll-out farmer——a case study of three counties at northern slope of Tianshan mountains

The Manas County, Jinghe County and Shanshan County were as research samples, meanwhile the questionnaire and SPSS software which were to empirical analysis, were used for the three county rural land circulation situation. The aim was to identify the difference of different areas of the agricultural land that was transferred out and related factors. The results showed that due to differences in levels of economic development and natural resources, there was a higher agriculture land transfer participation in low economic level and poor condition of county. The county had better geographic conditions which rental way had a higher participation and farm land circulation prices was also higher. Facilities in more developed areas of agriculture turn out useful life was relatively long. Labor were cultivated area, the urbanization rate, the level of education and the proportion of non-agricultural income were a positive correlation for the rate of roll-out of rural land, but the farm household dependency ratio with roll-out of rural land was a negative correlation.
