基于蔬菜供应链优化的“农社对接”研究

“农社对接”是指鲜活农产品的生产合作社在城市社区设立直销点或直销店,开展鲜活农产品直销,是一种能够促进蔬菜供应链优化的新型农产品直销模式,包括车载蔬菜市场、社区蔬菜连锁店、蔬菜网络直销、社区支持农业等形式.针对“农社对接”存在的主要问题,应采取以下对策完善“农社对接”:政府要加大对“农社对接”的扶持与监督,合作社要加强横向联合,提升蔬菜质量安全水平,实施品牌战略,积极开展社区营销,大力培养营销人才.
