| 摘 要： | 典型调查法和文献资料法研究发现,农村宅基地使用中普遍存在"一户多宅"、"私下流转"、"宅基地有偿使用"等一系列现象,提出在农村宅基地使用中应逐步开展登记发证工作,逐步实施宅基地有偿使用制,完善宅基地流转机制的政策建议.

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to provide suggestions on enactment of adjustment policy of the use of our countryside homestead. Methods employed include documentation, andfieldsurvey. The results indicated that there are a series of phenomena In the countryside homestead use.for example"more than lhouse" , "private circulation", "compensation for the use of house".lt is concluded that we should carry out the registration in the countryside homestead use to send the card work gradually, implements the homestead paid use system gradually, perfect homestead circulation mechanism. |
