观光休闲农业园旅游发展潜力评估——以北京市休闲果园为例

以北京市休闲果园为例,采用与城市中心的距离、交通的通达性.休闲果园与其他景点的关系3个指标,对观光休闲农业旅游发展潜力进行定量评价.结果表明,北京市的休闲果园位于适宜休闲度假的距离范围内,距离市中心20～40 km和60～80 km为其主要分布圈;北京市内的交通不便影响了休闲果园无车族的出游率;在距离城市中心0～20 km和40～60 km两个罔层范围内,旅游景点对休闲果园的带动作用明显.根据评估结果指出,北京市城区、怀柔、密云、昌平、延庆、门头沟等6个区县为"旅游景点优势型"的发展模式,顺义、大兴,平谷、通州、房山为"自身发展型"模式,并提出了休闲果国的发展思路.
