乌鳢、斑鳢及杂交种耗氧率与窒息点的初步研究

摘    要:对乌鳢、斑鳢及其正反交杂交种(斑乌鳢和乌斑鳢)的耗氧率和窒息点进行了初步研究。结果显示:在水温25.1℃条件下,平均体重48.88 g的乌鳢、45.30 g的斑鳢、44.20 g的斑乌鳢和46.76 g的乌斑鳢的耗氧率分别为0.22、0.16、0.19、0.17 mg/g.h,窒息点分别为2.47、1.45、1.18、2.01 mg/L。并分析了这4种鱼耗氧率的昼夜变化规律以及窒息点的差异原因,讨论了4种鱼窒息点高于其他常见鱼的可能性。

Abstract:The oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiant point of Channa argus,C.maculata and their reciprocal hybrids(C.argus(♀) × C.maculata(♂),C.maculata(♀) × C.argus(♂)) were studied preliminarily.The results showed that oxygen consumption rates of Channa argus,C.maculate,C.argus(♀) × C.maculata(♂) and C.maculata(♀) × C.argus(♂) were 0.22,0.16,0.19 and 0.17 mg/g·h respectively at one day-night(the average water temperture was 25.1℃),and the suffocation concentrations were 2.47,1.45,1.18 and 2.01 mg/L respectively.The oxygen consumption rate and the suffocation points of those four kinds of fish were compared and analysised.The low asphyxiant points were also discussed.
