摘    要:为探讨光合细菌在降香黄檀苗木培育中的应用前景比较研究了复合肥及光合细菌的两种浓度和两种 施用方法对降香黄檀生长及生理特性的影响,结果表明光合细菌能显著促进降香黄檀的生长和增加其生物量的积 累,效果优于常规复合肥且效力具有持续性光合细菌能够提高降香黄檀叶片SOD 的活性和增加其叶绿素的含量。 光合细菌在降香黄檀上的使用以根施的效果显著优于喷施,以稀释50 倍的浓度较佳光合细菌作为一种生物肥料 不仅能促进苗木生长还能改善土壤条件,在降香黄檀的苗木培育上具有较高的应用价值。

Study on the effects of photosynthetic bacteria on the growth of Dalbergia odorifera
Abstract:In order to explore the application prospect of photosynthetic bacteria on the cultivation of Dalbergia odorifera, the effects of commercial compound fertilizer and photosynthetic bacteria of two concentrations by two used methods on D. odorifera were studied. The results showed that photosynthetic bacteria could significantly promote the seedling growth and increase the biomass accumulation of D. odorifera. By comparison with the commercial compound fertilizer, its effect was higher and sustainable for longer period. Photosynthetic bacteria could significantly improve the SOD activity and increase the chlorophyll content of D. odorifera. The effects of spraying on roots were better than spraying on leaves, and the performance of dilution to 50 times was better than that of dilution to 100 times. As a biological fertilizer, photosynthetic bacteria could not only promote the growth of seedlings, but also improve the soil condition. Therefore, it has high application potential in the seedling production of D. odorifera
