摘    要:研究了作物航天诱变变异的主要遗传特征及遗传性状将有效指导作物航天诱变育种实践.概述了作物经航天搭载后发生变异的各种特征,包括细胞结构、染色体的遗传特征,DNA和基因组水平上的遗传特征,同工酶等生理生化特征,主要遗传性状变异特征等,并在此基础上提出作物航天诱变育种需要加强和完善的问题.

Abstract:The researches on the main genetic characteristics and related traits of crops induced by spaceflight can effectively guide the corresponding breeding work. In this review, we summarize all kinds of mutant characteristics of crops induced by spaceflight, including the genetic characteristics of cellular structure, chromosomal structure, DNA and genome,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics such as isozyme, as well as the mutant characteristics of the main variable inheritable traits. And on this base, the problems needed to strengthen and improve about the crop spaceflight mutation breeding were put forward.
