| 摘 要： | 在对江苏省食品行业现状进行分析的基础上,采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数方法,实证分析了外商直接投资(FDI)对江苏省食品行业生产的影响,探索了国内资本和FDI在江苏省食品行业发展中的关系。研究结果表明,江苏省食品行业为资本密集型产业,FDI对食品行业发展的作用高于国内资本。

| Abstract: | The article empirical analyzed the influence of FDI in food production industry of Jiangsu Province to explore the domestic capital and FDI in Jiangsu Province food industry in the development of mutual relations in the food industry.with the Cobb-Douglas production function method,based on the analysis of the status quo in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that the food industry in Jiangsu Province were capital-intensive industries,the role of FDI in development of the food industry was higher than domestic capital. |
