| Abstract: | The authers,with the practice as the foundation,
analyse the conditions ofworking out the overall plan for land use,and raise the operating
process and the mathemati-cal model for working out the programme of the overall plan for land
use and take the way to-deal with the plan management of land use. according to the
management method of uillagelanded estate and the specifications of the programme of land
use formsslated by Hunanprouince. |
