水稻籼粳成分判定及亚杂组合结实率稳定性与亲本亲缘关系

摘    要:为探明亚种间杂交稻结实率稳定性与其父母本遗传差异的关系,以两个品种间杂交组合为对照,选取遗传差距有异的亚种间杂交组合为供试材料,于结实敏感期进行了不同温度处理,以杂交组合及亲本结实率与结实敏感期日平均气温的回归方程的斜率估算结实率稳定度,通过程氏指数法与DNA分子标主法对亲本籼粳成分进行了判定,对结实率稳定性与父母本亲缘关系的研究表明,亚种间杂交稻的结实率稳定性与其父母本亲缘关系远近呈显著负相关,但发现810S/63020结实率稳定性好这一特例,暗示结实率高度稳定的亚杂组合可能与其双亲中均具有籼粳成分有关。此外,用程氏指数法和分子标记法对亲本的籼粳成分进行判定,两种方法判定的结果一致。

Abstract:Seed setting percentage stability of 4 intersubspecific hybrid rice ( Oryza sativa L.) was studied with 2 intrasubspecific hybrid combinations as control. The results show that the genetic difference of their parental lines is significantly negatively correlated with the seed setting percentage stability of F 1 except 810S/63020. The particularity of 810S/63020 indicates that its high seed setting percentage is also related with Japonica and Indica sites of its parental lines. In addition, it is proved that the result of discrimination by Cheng's Rank is consistent with that of by RFLP,SSR.
