摘    要:研究了福绿、早青二号和日本旺绿青花菜对桃蚜生长发育、繁殖和种群数量的影响.以作用因子组建了不同品种青花菜上桃蚜试验种群生命表,并分析了青花菜叶片营养成分与桃蚜产仔量、发育历期的关系.结果表明,福绿、日本旺绿上桃蚜种群趋势指数较大,其值分别为22.490和22.328,较适合桃蚜试验种群增长;早青二号上桃蚜种群趋势指数较小,值为4.543,对桃蚜试验种群增长有一定的抑制作用.桃蚜产仔量与青花莱叶中蔗糖含量呈显著正相关,与蛋白质、脯氨酸含量呈显著负相关.桃蚜发育历期与蔗糖含量呈显著负相关,与蛋白质、脯氨酸含量呈显著正相关.

Abstract:The effects of broccoli Fulu,Zaoqing No.2,Japan Wanlu on the development,reproduction and population dynamics of Myzus persicae were studied.The experimental life table was formulated including the effecting factors.The results showed the index of population trend(I) of M.persicae on Fulu and Japan Wanlu were higher.With the value of 22.490 and 22.328,it could increase the population dynamics better.The index of population trend(I) of M.persicae on Zaoqing No.2 was the lowest,with the value of only 4.543i,t had certain inhibitory effect on the population dynamics.The pogeny of M.persicae was correlated;positively with ratios of sugar;while negatively with that of protein and praline.Development periods of M.persicae was correlated,negatively with ratios of sugar;while positively with ratios of protein and that of proline.
