| 摘 要： | 本文以用户为中心研究和设计了区域卫生信息平台的功能模块。在县级健康档案相关的卫生业务信息系统的基础上，结合医院信息系统、社区卫生服务信息系统和公共卫生信息系统，汇聚的大量数据资源，设计和实现了患者个人门户、医生门户和领导门户的功能结构和界面流程，真正的实现区域内医疗机构间数据的共享，实现各业务系统与平台以及业务系统间的互联互通。.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a user-centric method for Regional Health Information Platform and its functional modules. This work is based on existing Regional Health Services Information Systems. We try to integrate Hospital Information System, Community Health Service Information System and Public Health Information System, and to fuse a large quantity of heterogeneous data resources. We then design and implement the functional structure of patient portal, doctor portal and leader portal to share data in different medical institutions, to connect diverse health service systems in Changsha County. |
