| 摘 要： | 以中国18个具代表性烤烟产区K326的C3F烟叶为材料,对烤烟常规化学成分和香气前体物及香气特征进行比较分析.结果表明:清香与浓香风格烟叶香气前体物含量有差异,而碳水化合物和含氮化合物等常规化学成分含量对烤烟香气的影响不显著;清香与中间香型风格烟叶的常规化学成分和香气前体物含量均存在显著差异;浓香与中间香型风格的烟叶碳水化合物和含氮化合物含量存在差异,而香气前体物含量差异不明显. |

| Abstract: | This paper uses grade C3F flue-cured tobacco leaves as meterials producted at different regions in china, which compares conventional carbohydrates,nitrogen compounds,latent aroma substances and analyses aroma charateristics.The result shows that the main reason of scent style differences is that latent aroma substances are differ, but carbohydrates and nitrogen compounds impact nonsignificantly.And it also shows significant differences between faint scent style and middle scent style tobacco leaves in conventional carbohydrates,nitrogen compounds,latent aroma substances.There is difference between heavy scent style and middle scent style tobacco leaves in carbohydrates and nitrogen copounds,latent aroma substances have nonsignificant impact to it. |
